Federal Communications Commission
FCC National Broadband Map and Broadband Data Collection methodology
provide the underlying framework for location-level fixed broadband
availability reporting. The FCC notes that fixed providers report
broadband availability on a location-by-location basis.
ZIP-level FCC-derived availability data
The detailed 43205 percentages used in this guide come from a
third-party dataset updated in November 2025 using FCC Broadband Data
Collection information through December 31, 2024. These figures are
used as historical market evidence, not as live coverage claims.

and the coaxial connection to many premises.

Current Verizon information was checked for 5G Home Internet,
address-level availability and speed variability.
